At Pink Desert, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item just isn't the perfect fit. We offer a 30-day return window for store credit or exchange on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Credit or Exchange

  Select whether you would like to receive store credit for a future shopping spree or exchange your item for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
